Pour ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar into a large bowl, and then fill the bowl halfway with boiling water. Place a towel over your head so that it drapes over the bowl, trapping the steam, and hold your face over it.Make sure your face isn’t so close that it gets burned by the steam.Do this for 5-10 minutes, or when the water starts to cool down, breathing in and out deeply the whole time.

Crush a few cloves gently and put them in a sachet or a clean handkerchief. Inhale the smell of the crushed cloves whenever you have a headache until you get some relief from the pain. You can also put 2 drops of clove oil in a tablespoon of coconut oil plus sea salt and gently massage your forehead and temples with it.

Add 1 ounce of fresh or dried feverfew flowers to 1 pint of boiling one. Steep for 10 minutes, and then strain. Drink half a cup twice a day as needed.

Dilute a 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne powder in 4 ounces of warm water. Soak a cotton swab in the solution and stir it around to make sure it’s covered-the powder can sometimes sink to the bottom. Apply the moist swab gently to the inside of each nostril until you can feel the heat.

Mix 3 drops of peppermint oil in one tablespoon of almond oil, or just add a little water and massage the temples or the back of your neck with it. Alternatively, can apply crushed peppermint leaves on your forehead. Make an herbal tea by adding 1 teaspoon of dried peppermint to a cup of boiling water. Cover and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain and add some honey to sweeten it. Sip the tea slowly.

Steep ginger root for tea, or mix equal parts of ginger juice and lemon juice and drink up. You can consume this once or twice a day.

Make a paste of a few cloves and mix it with a dash of rock salt. Add this to a glass of milk. This mixture reduces headaches quickly and effectively.

Take the two tablespoons of Greek yogurt in a bowl. To this, add honey and the lemon juice extracted from the lemon. lemon juice. lemon juice has also been used for many years for skin whitening.Add one part water to one part lemon juice and dab it all over your face with a cotton pad. Wash it with warm water 15 minutes later. A few important things to remember - only apply this mixture 2-3 times a week, always moisturize afterwards and wash it off thoroughly before going out in the sun.

Tomatoes. you need are 1-2 tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and gram flour (this is optional). Add them all to a blender, to make a paste. Apply the pack daily before you take a shower.

Pumpkin Mask. Cut a pumpkin into several pieces. Later, boil them and put them in an immersion blender. Mix two teaspoons of this puree with the honey and milk till you get a uniform paste. Apply this paste to your face and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Honey and Almond altogether have a great effect. You can easily make your skin glow by mixing a table-spoon of milk, one tea-spoon of honey, one tea-spoon of lemon juice, along with 1/2 table spoon of almond oil and finally apply on the skin for 10-15 minutes to get good results.

Sandalwood and almond powders. Mix the sandalwood and almond powders with enough milk to make a smooth paste apply this to clean skin and leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash with lukewarm water. If you feel any dryness after washing, moisturize your skin well.

Milk and Saffron. Take 2 spoons of raw milk and mix some strands of saffron to it. Cover the container and let it soak for the whole night. In the morning, Shake the saffron strands mixed in the milk and apply this mixture to your face and neck. Let Your face dry and then wash it off with water. The results will only be visible after applying it for 3-4 times.

Milk and lemon. Add a cupful of milk(not fat free milk) and squeeze in the juice of one lemon into the water. Soak in this gentle mix for 20 minutes, before rinsing it off. You can try this remedy once a week.

Honey and papaya. Crush two slices of papaya and pour some honey on it and then apply on your face. This would definitely fair your skin and also helps in removing the dead skin.

Milk with orange peel. Mix a table spoon of dry orange peel powder with 1 tsp of yogurt to make its paste. Now apply this paste over the face and leave it for about 20 minutes. This is homemade natural skin whitening treatment for our skin using this we can get a healthy & glowing skin.
